Well the concert was fun…. yes it was almost a month ago but then , i have been busy.

The Musician was Imogen Heap the main vocalist of the Frou Frou the band that covered the song “I need a Hero” which was used in the 80s detective show Cover Up , which incidently the main actor shot himself with one the guns during filming. But must people will reconigse it from the Walesboy1792 and ammos first dance at their wedding or if you weren’t there you may have seen Shrek 2 as it is used in that film.

Well the music was excellent and as we now have the album i can’t seem to get the track “Clear the area” out of my head for H its “So cute” that is her fav. before you ask W & A i am sorting it !!!!

The following weekend we where at the Lears. Which was a great laugh also, the two kids are cool, even though rie seems to be in the black and white stage of life where things are good or bad!!!! Also all answers lead to WHY? Watched a couple of good films round there I still !nn! when playing Goldeneye. Surprisingly I also was the champion on Buzz general Quiz !!

The following weekend We had the Mylett Crew across, Dave, Lisa and Mitzy the dog up for a few days. It was great to see them again.Dave came training one that saturday as the girls went shopping !!!!!
Then wander up to the NWRR to help out. Ok not the really plan but then you know it will happen so just smile and enjoy as it puts you world into a calmer perspective.
That night we went to Mamama Mias i little Italian restaurant under the shadow of the Cathedral. The Mussels where nice and the Cannelloni was even better.

Then a couple more pints and a few rounds of Animal Poker.

Sunday was spent lazying around and relaxing whilst H made sunday lunch, which was great.
There was another “Decoding the De Vinci Code” programme on telly which was very interesting touch on some area of religion that i am unaware but the usual wicca cack with the chalice and dagger ritual. Although I was hoping there be a bit of Spear rubbing but sadly not.

Fencing was fun as it was looking at the Japanese side, looking a the 8 basic attacks. Again Murph and H where progressing well.

This week has been action packed. But i ‘ll safe that for later.

Take care my good people, if life gets annoying ….

“Have A KitKat”

Go Placidly

Amid the noise and the haste and remember what peace there may be in SILENCE

As far as possible without surrender be on good terms with all persons. Speak your truth quietly and clearly, and listen to others, even the dull and ignorant; they too have their story.Avoid loud and aggressive persons, they are vexatious to the spirit. If you compare yourself to others you may become vain and bitter, for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.

Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans. Keep interested in your career however humble; it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time. Exercise caution in your business affairs, for the world is full of trickery. But let this not blind you to what virtue thre is; many persons strive for high ideals, and everywhere life is full of heroism. Be yourself, especially do not feign affection. Neither be cynical about love; for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment it is as perennial as the grass. Take kindly the counsel of years gracefully surrendering the things of youth

Nurture the strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress yourself with imaginings. Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness. Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe, no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here. And whetheror not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.

Therefore be at peace with God, whatever you concieve him to be; and whatever your labours and aspirations, in the noisy confusions of life , keep peace with your soul. With all its shams, drudgery and broken dreams, it is still A beautiful world. Be cheerful. Strive to be happy.
