Oh has any one seen the IT Crowd , it is very funny and scarly real. Dispite plumbing for 2 stereotypical IT workers they have done an excellent job. It is very like the office. For example you can ask a question and you know someone there is “Googling” the answer. No one likes the phones, all IT queries start with, is it switched on ? or is it plugged in? both of which i have experianced when i was working on a helpdesk in Cheshire County Council.
