Day 20 : Social matters

To tweet that is the question?
Whether it nobler to facebook than to twitter,
I could of course become linkedin
Would my G+ allow it,
Sadly my live journal has ceased to be.
It has expired along with my bebo.

Shall I sms but what’s app?
How about some facetime?
Unfortunately Skype’s my limit!
Will we settle for a phone call.
Oh scrap that I’m out of credit.
Surely theres an app for that.

Ok new plan I send an IM
Are you sure you have the icq?
Enough of this heres an email
But I think it got lost in space
or was it lost as spam

Why not snail mail A true plan
But how about a telegram.
Great just gesticulate.
We are agreed to use pigeons!

So what did we want say.
Say, how do mean,
What did you want comunicate?
Oh that erm, well yes  erm

DAY 19 : Cos its ….

It was a grey hazy morning  the traffic into Manchester was it usual busy self for rush hour. They indicated  right  and when the gap in the oncoming traffic  appeared the car was went up to next street, turning right again he entered the all day parking  lot.

Finding a space they reversed the car into it, opening the door  the driver got out and began  walking through the parked cars. Reaching the car park office  the driver placed the required coinage in the pot.

Continuing on  towards the pedestrian crossing  they noticed a group of people standing waiting for the green man.

Joining the group, the light changed and like sheep they all moved towards the other side. Out the corner of the eye the driver spotted one of the group watching.

Shortening the pace and allowing the group to over take,  the driver tracked the group as they disappeared into the Phones4U Arena. Letting the group

Day 18 : Wandering Star

So another lodge night over, which means I have been creative this evening with my PM role at work, and my festive board speech.
But that won’t sate Wayne,  sooo..

I wandered lonely as man,
Meeting people from walks of life,
That were different from yours or mine.
From the banks of Talacre to the tyne
To Dumfries and of to Fife
The whole country I did span.

Here to there,
There to here
Roaming south
Running north
Was it cos I had no care?

Learning about ancient wonders
For me there was no slumbers
For I heeded the calls not to plunder
Yet this did stop the malignant thunder

The call of the wild was heard
Unlike the others I did not herd
For I  was that lonely man

Day 17 : Return to the Corner

Will you please look after my house,
For  I will have to  go away
I do not want to feed the mouse
So please will you please  stay
 
                                                               Well as you are my friend,
                                                              I will of course house sit for  you.
                                                              When will your vacation end
                                                              Also  can I have a bit of a do?
 
We will be gone for  30 days,
As we off  to a Australia
Is that ok  what does you says?
Not going would be a failure

                                                              Of course I’ll stay
                                                              For you are my friend
                                                              There is no need pray
                                                              As I will not offend.
